April 7th 2015
Though I'm writing this post on the 28th I believe it would be a good idea and practice to start working from everywhere I go. I believe that even typing this on the bus can be possible even with as the roads of Spokane constantly battling the bus.
Today was a very interesting day to say the least. People at the SFCC (Spokane Falls Community College) seem a lot more relaxed and enjoy actually going to the college compared to a lot of the people I see at the previous institution I was attending EWU (Eastern Washington University). I'm not entirely sure why this is but people seem way more friendlier at SFCC. I enjoy this because it makes it all worth the while to actually go to school and class. Of course you have those individuals that are obviously fake, I call this group of people pathetic and move on. I don't waste my time on someone who obviously is more concerned about fitting in to the norms of society rather than be themselves.
It's not a hard thing to do as most people are able to do it. Yet there are some people who just believe that popularity comes from referencing their appearance to look like the retards on Jersey Shore or Kim Kardashian. I find that kind of person absolutely a waste of time because all they end up becoming are leeches. Doesn't matter whether or not they're successful or not, they became the person they are today by leeching off of someone else rather than working their ass off to better themselves or those around them.
Moving on from that topic, I found out the Symphony only has 3-4 trumpets in it. So I'm gonna to join it and hopefully be able to get my chops back into Trumpet playing mode. I'm also currently trying to get a job on campus so I can start paying back my student loans in a timely fashion. I never had a work study job before because I never qualified for one since my parental units make to much money. I find it quite interesting how the government assumes that people in the middle class can afford the expense of sending their children to college. Building your economy of the concept of debt will always create an economy that will never strive if it's populace isn't getting an education.
Most people believe that teachers are simply just people who teach because they couldn't get a job in the career related to their field. I used to be one of those individuals who believed that until I came to the realization that most of the teachers that I have had over the course of my continuing education worked in the field correlating with the subject they taught.
That's all for me today.
