March 30, 2015

Today started somewhat abnormally. I forgot that over the last week I have been able to keep the house to myself so to speak. So getting use to having my roommate in the bathroom at 8am has become a thing again. I will be working this entire week to reprogram my sleep schedule so that I may wake up in a timely manner. I believe I am going to aim for 6am to wake up as my warm up for tomorrow. I do not believe that at this present time that I will be able to awake at 3 or 4am in the morning. So I will start waking up earlier so that I may begin my morning schedule without having to wait on a third party.

A very important event also takes place on the 30th of March. It so happens to be my mother's birthday so the first thing I did when I woke up this morning was to text her happy birthday of course. She told me she received her card that I sent her, which I should have taken pictures to show to all of you but it was pretty well written to say the least. I am somewhat curious to how her birthday went throughout the day but my father just informed me as well that he was on a show recently. This show's name being the Mark Isler Show, this recent passing Saturday. I plan on downloading the footage sometime tomorrow morning when I am at 100%.

I found out that there is this app that pays you for going to the gym. I do not know how well this system is secured but I reluctantly signed up for the service. The app's name being Pact, it used to be known as Gym Pact when I first came across it. At that time I was not fully prepared to make the necessary changes in my diet and work out routine but now I am. So this app basically pays you $0.30 every week for a pledge of $5 for every week you do not hold to your convictions for you pact. I made a pack that I would go to the gym every day for 30 minutes, something that I thought previously not possible but I have gained a lot of progress in the passing weeks from getting back into shape. I plan on posting a health log of sorts for the rest of you guys to see what progress I have made in the past month from my work out routine.

With that app in hand I proceeded to work out at the gym for roughly an hour, simply working out my arms. I never knew that drinking water was such a crucial part of the work out routine until I came back from the gym. I drank an entire liter of water in less than 30 seconds, I didn't even know I was capable of doing that. Yet I proceeded to do so and my muscles felt less stressed from the work out it seemed weird to say the least. My body weight before I started working out was roughly 181 pounds, and now it's 165 pounds depending on the time of day that I weigh myself. I usually aim to weigh myself in the mornings so that way I know for sure that there is nothing altering the weight such as water weight and food. My appetite has increased double in the process of doing what I am currently doing. I am very pleased with the results, soon I will be able to reach the body I always imagined I could reach. The best part about this is, that I do not use Creatine or Protein supplements within my diet once so ever. All my muscles that I have regained are 100% pure muscle with no altering chemicals changing the chemistry in my body.

As a scientist I believe that doing the following and just eating the required amount of calories to keep this progress in line will lead to the best long lasting results. When I started boxing back in 2006 I never imagined the advice my mentor gave me. He always warned me about using those protein shakes and at that time Muscle Milk became a very popular choice amongst it's competitors. I used Muscle Milk to gain the muscle and strength I wanted but I stopped once I realized that all the progress I made was false and deteriorated with time.  I believe that achieving pure strength from not using Muscle Building Supplements is the best way. I have seen such great progress by doing my training regime it has honestly been surprising to not only me but to everyone around me.

So tomorrow I plan on heading out to SFCC (Spokane Falls Community College) to further establish a job on campus as a Lab Technician. I believe this opportunity if it were to happen would add some much needed experience to my job experience. I hope that I can learn many things that I failed to learn at EWU (Eastern Washington University), and hopefully make some new friends in the process. I always make it a habit that no matter where I go in life that I make at least one lifelong friend where ever I may find myself at. After all strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.

Till the Next Time We Meet,

Aaron Jones
